Do you have badges/credentials that I can attach to my own lanyard?
Absolutely! We offer several forms of ID Badge printing in various shapes and sizes so you can identify just who is who at your event:

We like to use holographic lanyard ID card printing options when we have VIP guests or we want to identify members of the band, etc. With edge-to-edge colored credentials, you can upgrade them to the highly durable teslin option with the fullest bleed. Note that holographic foils for these IDs are available in both single and double-sided prints.
What would I use my ID badges for?
ID badges are a practical and useful means of security for workplaces, conventions, venues, hotels, and sports arenas. We’ve done our best to offer customizations that make it possible to get whatever type of badges you need all in one place.
What is Variable Data?
Variable data is trackable data you can gather about your event, making it possible to create better systems of flow, entry, service, and more for your guests. When we create your credential, we’re able to make it more personalized and secure by adding numbering, barcodes, names, titles, and headshots.
- Numbering: Use our software to create numbered tickets and credentials with numbers generated at random or sequential, linking directly to your database for maximum security.
- Barcodes/QR Codes: QR codes are similar to barcodes, but more widely accessible to the public as anyone with a smartphone can use them to access your website, landing page, etc.
- ID Solutions: Personalize your credentials with names, photos, titles, your company name, designations, etc. Simply fill the template with your details and we do the rest.
What is a personalized ID badge?
Think of it like a regular ID badge but personalized for every individual at your event. Designed to help you secure and manage your conference, expo, or workplace, personalized ID badges guests identify each other, enter and exit easily, and feel secure and confident. Available as a standard laminate, Qlam, hard card, or RFID smart card.
What is a Standard Laminate Pass?
It’s the go to laminate pass—a clear, laminate edge surrounds your art, with a cut out space for your lanyard to attach. Standard laminates are available as both single or double-sided options with full color printing. Since these passes are fully encased in plastic, they’re our most durable passes and are excellent for tours or events that last weeks and even months.
What is a holographic Laminate Pass?
Similar to what you’d expect when it comes to a laminate pass, except holographic. This means that the background of your badge has a shiny, shimmering background that makes your design pop (and makes your pass that much harder to counterfeit). Holographic passes are laminated with a durable, clear lamination and have a cut out slot to attach your lanyard. If you’re looking at holographic options, you can select from our six holographic foil stock options for standard laminates or Qlam laminates.

What additional security options can I add to my event pass?
We’re so happy you asked because, truth be told, we’re a little obsessed with ensuring your event is as safe as possible. That’s why we offer so many ways to customize your credentials, from lamination to shape, size, color, foil, design, and more.
- Perforation: One of the easiest ways to prevent a forged pass is with perforation. Easy to identify and expose any fakes.
- Custom Shapes: With 18 different shapes to choose from—including everything from a rectangle to a key—we can find the perfect shape and if we can’t, we’ll make a new one.
- UV & White Ink: We love being on the cutting edge and our state of the art press can print white ink on all your badges and passes. For added security, add a little UV invisible ink that can only be seen under a black light.
- Foil Stamping: Good looking and useful? That’s our favorite. Since credentials are keepsakes for attendees, it’s fun to make them special and give them something memorable.
- Crystal Laminates: Our latest innovation, crystal laminates use transparent film and white ink to make your image easily legible. Extremely difficult to duplicate, they’re high security and extremely good looking.
- Holographic Ice: Difficult to replicate and completely unique, we print your badge on our foil stock and it looks amazing. Great for tickets, lams and parking passes.
How do I design my credential?
We’ve done our best to make this really easy by offering a downloadable template on each product page. Download the template, work up your design to the specs provided, upload, order. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Of course, if you need any help with design, we have a team available to help.
I want to have redeemable pieces for my guests so they can get drinks, food, and merch. Do you have an option for this?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend tear-off stub laminates whenever we hear of an event like this. Guests get to keep all their stuff in one place and, since your laminate can accommodate multiple perforations for different ticket options, they’re highly customizable. We also offer tear-stub vinyl wristbands with 1-5 tickets per wristband.
Do Lanyards come with my event badge?
They don’t, however, you can easily add them on to your order. Choose from plain or custom options that match your needs.
What’s the difference between a Qlam and a Standard Laminate?
We’ll start with what’s the same: they’re both laminated and extremely durable. However, the main difference is that standard laminates come in one size and are encased in a plastic pouch and laminated and Qlams are laminated and then cut into whatever shape you need. If you’re going for a custom shape, you’d want to choose a Qlam over our standard laminate.
What is a Flush Cut Qlam Pass?
First, Qlam = Quality Laminate. Flush Cut means that the art you provide goes all the way to the very edge. These passes are available in a variety of shapes and sizes with nearly limitless customizations. We consider this top-of-the-line custom credential the ultimate keepsake.
