If you want to submit your own artwork, we’ll talk through what templates you need to download and submit. Once you submit your artwork, we’ll send you a digital proof so you can approve everything. Once you approve your proof, production starts immediately and, after we receive payment, they’ll be shipped.

How long will it take to receive my custom RFID product?
Make sure to plan on about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, depending on the size of your order. Standard turnaround time for a large-scale event is 30-45 business days after your proof is approved.

How do I design my RFID Products?
We made it super simple on purpose. On each product page, there’s a downloadable template (the appropriate one for that product) with the specs you need to design your artwork around. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Note that if you’re designing a woven wristband, you have to use Adobe Illustrator so you can send in vector artwork. If none of that makes sense, just get in touch so our team of designers can help make your design a reality.

Can I return my RFID Products?
Custom RFID wristbands and credentials are non-refundable. In-stock options are refundable within 30 of purchase, but note that the RFID wristband price is not refundable or returnable after 30 days.
What wristbands are reuseable?
We have loads of reusable wristbands. Silicone and elastic are our obvious choices, but you can also reuse a woven or full color cloth wristband if you choose a reusable locker that they can take on and off.
What is the difference between a Full Color Tyvek Wristband and 1-2 Color Tyvek Wristband?
The difference is just that! Full Color wristbands are wristbands printed with full color options, all the way to the edge, with unlimited colors, gradients and designs. Want to really go for it? You can add metallic ink, too!
1-2 color wristbands are printed on our In-Stock colors/patterns in black and you can choose a PMS color match if you want. These are our cheapest option and definitely the best choice to get the job done when it comes to single-day use.
What is a Paper Tyvek Wristband?
First, let’s start with Tyvek. Tyvek is a brand of flashspun, high-density polyethylene fibers (which are a synthetic material that’s a lot like paper, but it’s also water and tear resistant). We recommend Tyvek wristbands for single-use events so you can designate access levels. We have a wide variety of in-stock colors and patterns, or you can print a full color design on our patent pending (!!!) Easy Stick tapered wristbands.

What is the typical turnaround time for wristbands?
It depends. What an annoying answer, but it’s true. Depending on your material and design, it’ll take somewhere between:
- Tyvek Wristbands: 7-10 business days from proof of approval (rush orders may be available upon request).
- Vinyl / Plastic / Holographic Wristbands: 10-12 business days (rush orders may be available upon request).
- Custom Cloth Wristbands: 10-12 business days from proof of approval (rush orders may be available upon request).
- RFID Cloth Wristbands/Credentials: Typically 30-45 business days (from proof approval).
What is your most secure wristband?
We take security seriously and all our bands offer a high baseline level of security, no matter what. However, if you’re looking for top-of-the-line peace of mind and you’re asking what we’d pick if it were us, we’d absolutely go with our RFID Airbands. They offer the best technology with an encapsulated chip sewn into the band, offering the most secure credential possible. Take it up a notch? Add our barrel locker (once fitted onto your wrist, you can’t loosen, twist, or tear).
