Do you have badges/credentials that I can attach to my own lanyard?
Absolutely! We offer several forms of ID Badge printing in various shapes and sizes so you can identify just who is who at your event:

We like to use holographic lanyard ID card printing options when we have VIP guests or we want to identify members of the band, etc. With edge-to-edge colored credentials, you can upgrade them to the highly durable teslin option with the fullest bleed. Note that holographic foils for these IDs are available in both single and double-sided prints.

What RFID chips do you offer?

How long will it take to receive my custom RFID product?
Make sure to plan on about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, depending on the size of your order. Standard turnaround time for a large-scale event is 30-45 business days after your proof is approved.
How do I design my RFID Products?
We made it super simple on purpose. On each product page, there’s a downloadable template (the appropriate one for that product) with the specs you need to design your artwork around. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Note that if you’re designing a woven wristband, you have to use Adobe Illustrator so you can send in vector artwork. If none of that makes sense, just get in touch so our team of designers can help make your design a reality.
How do I order RFID Products?
Call one of our sales reps and they’ll take it from there. Whether for events, concerts, festivals, or something else, the process looks like: Call us at 888.521.5045 or use our online contact form. Next, we’ll figure out all the important details, like: your RFID product needs, the date of your event, quantity, designations, and scanning software. If you want to submit your own artwork, we’ll talk through what templates you need to download and submit. Once you submit your artwork, we’ll send you a digital proof so you can approve everything. Once you approve your proof, production starts immediately and, after we receive payment, they’ll be shipped.
Can I return my RFID Products?
Custom RFID wristbands and credentials are non-refundable. In-stock options are refundable within 30 of purchase, but note that the RFID wristband price is not refundable or returnable after 30 days.
What is Variable Data?
Variable data is trackable data you can gather about your event, making it possible to create better systems of flow, entry, service, and more for your guests. When we create your credential, we’re able to make it more personalized and secure by adding numbering, barcodes, names, titles, and headshots.
- Numbering: Use our software to create numbered tickets and credentials with numbers generated at random or sequential, linking directly to your database for maximum security.
- Barcodes/QR Codes: QR codes are similar to barcodes, but more widely accessible to the public as anyone with a smartphone can use them to access your website, landing page, etc.
- ID Solutions: Personalize your credentials with names, photos, titles, your company name, designations, etc. Simply fill the template with your details and we do the rest.

We’re so happy you asked because, truth be told, we’re a little obsessed with ensuring your event is as safe as possible. That’s why we offer so many ways to customize your credentials, from lamination to shape, size, color, foil, design, and more.
- Perforation: One of the easiest ways to prevent a forged pass is with perforation. Easy to identify and expose any fakes.
- Custom Shapes: With 18 different shapes to choose from—including everything from a rectangle to a key—we can find the perfect shape and if we can’t, we’ll make a new one.
- UV & White Ink: We love being on the cutting edge and our state of the art press can print white ink on all your badges and passes. For added security, add a little UV invisible ink that can only be seen under a black light.
- Foil Stamping: Good looking and useful? That’s our favorite. Since credentials are keepsakes for attendees, it’s fun to make them special and give them something memorable.
- Crystal Laminates: Our latest innovation, crystal laminates use transparent film and white ink to make your image easily legible. Extremely difficult to duplicate, they’re high security and extremely good looking.
- Holographic Ice: Difficult to replicate and completely unique, we print your badge on our foil stock and it looks amazing. Great for tickets, lams and parking passes.
How do I design my credential?
We’ve done our best to make this really easy by offering a downloadable template on each product page. Download the template, work up your design to the specs provided, upload, order. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Of course, if you need any help with design, we have a team available to help.
I want to have redeemable pieces for my guests so they can get drinks, food, and merch. Do you have an option for this?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend tear-off stub laminates whenever we hear of an event like this. Guests get to keep all their stuff in one place and, since your laminate can accommodate multiple perforations for different ticket options, they’re highly customizable. We also offer tear-stub vinyl wristbands with 1-5 tickets per wristband.
Do Lanyards come with my event badge?
They don’t, however, you can easily add them on to your order. Choose from plain or custom options that match your needs.
